As you all know, there are two songs on the soundtrack of my life. One is called Cat Vomit, and the other is called Car Problems. (And if you listen all the way to the end, there is a secret bonus track called Occasionally Taking Doug to the Emergency Room for Things That Turn Out to be Nothing). Stay tuned for the latest on all three…

1) Do you and Doug keep Ketos’ and Witten’s food consistent? I just recently learned how sensitive cats are to changing food formulas. George kept getting UTIs and I thought it was because I changed his food from the fancy stuff I get them, so I always got them the fancy stuff. Recently, the fancy stuff people changed their formula, and George got a UTI. I didn’t know what to do because the food that worked no longer existed. I learned that it just takes them a while to adjust to new food, which is why you’re supposed to slowly introduce it with the old food. George is still on the new food, but he doesn’t have a UTI anymore. He just had to adjust.
2) You should just bite a bullet and get a good car with an extensive warranty. It might mean you have to skip a vacation or two in order to save up for a good down payment and thus lower monthly payments, but think of all the road trips you’d be able to take with a reliable car!
3) The stories about Doug’s ER visits are too amusing to give you any advice about them.
